So why a bar catering company?
Ben has been the Bar Manager for the past 13 years at the Tides Beach Club in Kennebunkport, Maine. A fine-casual, high volume restaurant that is well known for his fresh, quality cocktails. Some of his notable cocktails include the Watermelon Cosmo and El Diablo. He and his wife, Katelyn - who also managed at the Tides- have worked for many years towards their dream of opening their own business.
