Do you only provide bar service for weddings?
No, we provide bar services for all types of events and celebrations! Whether it's a corporate event, community party, birthday, anniversary, or holiday gathering, we work closely with you to create a memorable and stress-free experience for you and your guests. If you're celebrating it, we’re here to help make it unforgettable!
Do you cater food?
Our primary focus is providing top-quality bar service—it's what we do best! While we offer a limited selection of food, we highly recommend partnering with a dedicated catering company that shares our passion for exceptional food, just as we do for our bar services.
Do you offer packages?
We don’t offer standard "packages" because we believe every event is unique and deserves a personalized approach. We’ll work closely with you to determine the best bar service options for your specific event! There is a minimum for all events, which depends on factors such as the number of guests, service hours, travel, use of the mobile bar, and whether the event is during peak season or off-season. What type of bar services do you provide?
All bar services include the following:
- Consultation to personalize your menu and bar experience
- Professional bar equipment to ensure smooth service
- Ice, garnishes, and mixers for fresh, high-quality drinks
- Beverage napkins to complement your service
- Plasticware for easy service (if you prefer glassware, we’re happy to discuss rental options)
- Self-serve water station to keep your guests hydrated
- Small, framed digital menu for easy reference, plus a larger, handwritten menu for a personalized touch
Open Bar
An open bar is fully funded by the host, and we’ll work closely with you to design the perfect bar experience for your event! A non-refundable down payment is required to secure your date, with the remaining balance due on the contracted date, prior to the event. There are no exchanges in payments during or after the event, unless a guest requests something outside the predetermined open bar options and agrees to purchase it themselves.
Consumption Bar
The consumption bar is an excellent option for those who want to offer an open bar up to a predetermined amount. For example, the bride and groom may choose to cover the cost of an open bar up to $2,000. Once that threshold is reached, the bar transitions to a "cash bar," meaning guests will be responsible for paying for their own beverages, charged accordingly.
Ticketed events
A ticketed event is a great option for providing beverages to your guests, especially for corporate events. The host purchases a set number of tickets per guest or employee. We provide physical tickets, which the host is responsible for distributing. When a guest orders a beverage, they will exchange a ticket as payment. Once a guest has used up their allotted tickets, they can continue to enjoy our services by purchasing additional drinks.
Cash Bar
A cash bar allows you to offer cocktail and beverage options to your guests, with each guest responsible for purchasing their own drinks. We accept both cash and credit card payments for convenience, ensuring that your guests can easily pay for their beverages. This option is a great choice when you want to provide a variety of drinks without covering the full cost of the bar.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, we are fully licensed and insured! We hold a State of Maine Class 1 Liquor License (which includes all liquor, beer and wine), & general and liquor liability insurance coverage.
Can we purchase the alcohol?
No, we do not allow hosts to purchase/provide alcohol to their guests. All alcohol must be purchased by us through a licensed distributor of the state. This protects you from liability and is preferred by many licensed venues and food catering companies.
Can we just rent out your mobile bar?
No, we do not offer rentals of just our mobile bar. Our mobile bar is a fully equipped, full service bar on wheels that we offer in addition to our bar services.
